House Party South Beach After Party-Say What?

So I got an e-mail this morning saying I had not yet invited anyone to my South Beach After Party....?

Apparently an after party is something to "continue the buzz" but "without a party pack or party date"

When I sent in a complaint about this I received back

They must think we were born yesterday. Can't even access my old parties now. Nor delete the huge list of things I have not gotten into from my "dashboard" UGH. So much for a fun thing to try for. Now I can spend all that time going through screeners to spread buzz for nothing, with nothing. Whats with companies these days?

Apparently nothing, lol. I don't think these companies realize that people have just as much control over negative buzz as positive. Give us a party with free stuff and we gush, ask us to do it for free without anything and we are more likely to toast them and their miserly ways. *shakes head*

I'm not sure what it is (South Beach) but it seems everyone is becoming stingy nowadays. Pinecone hasn't sent me a paying survey since early Feb so I stopped doing em. I used to love Pinecone, now they're just spam like Greenfield.

South Beach diet foods. They make froze/fridge meals, drink mix and granola bars among other things. The actual House Party involved a tasting of new items and you got free food to use plus coupons to pass out among othe things if I recall right.

I've never managed to get into pinecone, and my husband got in but never received a survey that I can recall. *shrugs*

O wow that sounds cool! I got into Pinecone when they had already gone down from $5 to $3 a survey. I did a lot of surveys and product testing for them, but they were all paid. Awhile back they sent out emails that they were redoing deadlines and now I haven't gotten any paid surveys. I don't do em if I don't get paid so I guess I'm done with Pinecone :shrug7: I wonder who does these things for free? Someone is otherwise they'd still be paying me

I got this email too. I thought I had missed a party or something even though I was sure didn't get in for that one.
I went online and saw all the other complaints on the blog about the same thing. Everyone got the email and went and looked, but apparently nobody will be actually participating. At least the ones who posted to the blog won't be. (and neither will I)

I got that email too, and thought, "WTH?! I never even got accepted into the actual party!". Sorry, but I have enough to do without this "After Party".

As far as Pinecone, I love them! I never get any $5 surveys, but I get 1-2 $3 ones a month. Not sure what warcraftbaby means by "they're just spam", because the only e-mails I get from them are the household questions and the surveys.

lol, after I got an e-mail back fom House Party CS, I finally got the official After Party e-mail. I'm still steamed. They didn't answer my question about my previous parties nor deleting all the crap off my dashboard that I didn't get accepted for. Just some lame excuse about how there is more interest and not enough to go around....
