    I went credit union too a couple years back. I'm re-fi-ing with them in a couple days as well.

    BofA and all of the rest of the big banks made more than half their income on fees a couple years ago. The larger guys, including Wells Fargo, fund payday loan chains (per Maxed Out). These fees are no surprise. Hopefully enough people stuck with these cards hear the news, read their agreements and don't incur any fees.
