Seriously, just take him somewhere, drop him off and leave? Because that's everyday with him. He's broken my spirit and has me so upset most days I can't wait to go to work. (It's not just him, but he's usually the biggest issue) I'm at my wits end with him. I love him soooo much, but.... *sigh*

And snow. Go away snow! I don't like you!

    To my husband's friend:

You are 48 years old. Act like it!!!! Don't whine when you call my house! Don't assume that everyone owes you a favor, and will do it when it's convenient for YOU! Don't tell me that you'll pay my husband for work he did for you, and then only give him half...and not know when you'll get the rest! Don't tell me you'll bring me your inserts from Sunday's paper, then forget to bring them over until after they're expired! Don't assume that because I take the time to shop for food and drinks for my family, and that my pantry is full...that it means I have "extra" for you!! And DON'T say things like, "I've been thinking that I should start dating girls that aren't really that pretty or skinny...you know...like Carol"!!! It's not flattering!

To the little punk that pulled out in front of me this morning... Do you realize that my full size truck will squish your little wind up car in a heartbeat?? The world does NOT revolve around you.

I'm venting that my 5 year old child has missed 10 days of Kindergarten because of being sick. Today? SHE HAS INFLUENZA!!! Everyone keeps saying "well, when they finally get around other kids, those who haven't ever been around other kids will catch everything!" She has been in preschool and daycare! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR....

To my (someday) MIL who will be staying with us until she gets on her feet again:

START LEARNING HOW TO SAVE MONEY!!

When she moves in with us (tomorrow), she already wants to get cable (who will get stuck with that bill?), her first paycheck she wants to take everyone out for a steak dinner (6 of us, including her), she just got new car insurance (that she's not happy with because it's the state minimum, not full coverage on a 15 YEAR OLD Jeep that's only worth MAYBE $3000) that comes with road side assistance but won't cancel her PREVIOUS road side assistance ("it's already paid for for a year"--cancel it--you'll get a refund!), still has to have her scotch & cigarettes (that she can't pay for until her 1st paycheck in 2 weeks), and still puts MIDGRADE gas in her 15 YEAR OLD Jeep!!!!!!!!!

This will be the first "real" job she's had in years and when we were trying to help her figure out how much she'd bring home every paycheck, she was ASTOUNDED at the amount of taxes that will be taken out. YEAH--LEARN HOW TO SAVE MONEY!!

God bless her, I love her & I know she needs our help but please, Lord, give me the strength to keep from wanting to wring her neck.

Please do not wear a pair of sweatpants at night for 3 hours, and then ball it up and toss it in the wash. Same with the shirt that you wore with them.

And why must every shirt, undershirt or sock be inside out? I have to take the time to right them, and while 5-10 seconds doesn't seem like much, it becomes a PITA when you have to do it 10 times for every load of wash that is done.

my dh leaves his socks in his pants and his undies in his pants. I love digging those out and THEN turning the shirts the right side out.

I forgot to include my own gripe

Ok- I have a friend that bails everytime she says she will do something. It is for the dumbest reasons too. Just own up to it and tell me that you don';t want to come or that you don't feel like doing what we had planned. Don't give me some half cracked, stupid, excuse. Plus, just lay it on the line and QUIT making stuff up.

Sorry- I have a second one.

I have another friend that thinks that the world needs to revolve around her. "Sorry, I know it is your kid's naptime I'd rather do it now b/c my dd really needs a nap today." And mine doesn't? Or she wants to schedule things at her house so that she can get HER kids to bed on time or so that she doesn't have to get a babysitter.

Sounds like I don't have very good friends huh? I do, I just get annoyed easily with some people.
