 Ugh Bad Night.
So I had already made two wags trips this morning with much success and def. no problems with the garnier. Like always however I till had a few coupons left and jut decided to go once my DBF got home from work since the lady who usually checks me out at my 24 hour WAGS is really cool and even told me I should I get rain checks when they ran out of DeMet's. Well when I walked in it was some other "lady". So I go about and i'm getting all my stuff including some loreal to make sure I don't just have overage.
I get to the register and she tells me we have to go to the middle one since she is running out of tape. Sure no problem. I place my haul on the counter and have Qs inhand ready to go in the right order.
I had: 6 Reese's Whipped
1 Garnier Hair Gel
4 Reynold's Foil
2 Loreal Lip Gloss things
2 HIP Shadow Pigment Eye Sticks
I hand over all my MQs which include:
(3) $1/2 Reese's Whipped
(1) $1/1 styling product
(4) $1/1 Reynold's Foil
(1) $2/1 Loreal Lip product
(1) $2/1 HIP eye product
and then I have her scan the ESR Garnier which *I think* beeped initially but she got it to go thru, the reynold' wag Q, and the Hershey's wag Q. That's where it all goes haywire. The Hershey's Q beeps and she tells me I can't use it because I already used the other three. I said um I'm pretty sure I can stack them. I'm not feeling well anyway and just want to go home at this point so I tell her to please take them off. SO I get the well I have to void it blah blah I said that's fine. and she calls a code 3 over the loud speaker ( I waiting for the code 30  ) and the very nice manager who i've never seen before comes up and voids it. He then tells her well Yes she can use the WAG Q and the MQ just do the WAGS first. Well omehow it jut rang alllll the reese's as one order o I owed nothing and he was telling her that part is taken care of just ring up the rest and she was like "but how did she get those free doesn't she pay... nope suck it( I didn't say it but I thought it as the manager told her nope just ring the rest). So she does that and then the freaking Garnier beeps. I was like sscrew it jut tell me my total but in a nicer way. Well my total was $6.51. Neither of my loreal/HIP products rang up BOGO. I just left and decided i'll go back later for a refund because at this point my throat is on fire and I have to go talk to my apt. manager tomorrow morning about them messing up my rent and I was so frustrated.
How long can I wait before I go back to get the refund or the Qs I could have added on since they didn't ring up BOGO? My DBF will ahve the car from 7:30 am til 9:30 pm and I don't want to deal with her again tomorrow night. Or should I just chalk it up to a newbie mistake and not go back.:shrug7:
I'm so upset because A) I've never had a problem at WAGS B) I don't feel good and C) The whole dealing with my apartment on top of it all.
