Can I complain about another grocery site?

I just cancelled my membership to another site that lists grocery sales and coupons and that I actually PAID for! OK, I'm a slow learner. I didn't know about HCW when i joined that one. It was working ok for a while, but recently my lists haven't been matching up with the stores. I emailed to ask about it and all I got was a canned response about how sometimes there may be things that are not in every store etc, etc.

So then I tried asking my question on the message board, hoping that other members may reassure me that it was just an occasional thing or tell me which store would match up in my area. My post was deleted.
They have gotten so strict about what you can't talk about on the boards there that it's really no use even going there. I think they must be losing a lot of people to HCW. Just as well. I've found more info here than I did there anyway. And we can actually talk and ask each other questions here without disguising what we are really talking about.

I think I know which site you are talking about... I tried their membership and then never went back.

I've never been a member there but I've heard stories about how screwed up their forums are where you can't talk about the deals as they are cause someone might "read" them....whateverFree is my favorite price, and I don't think anyone should have to pay for information which can be freely obtained.

I haven't tried the site (at least the one I think you're talking about), but here is 123920339x better anyway. ;) Free is my favorite price. Well, I guess my favorite is free + a catalina. :D

i started out on another site..was there for a long time..then realized that everything there was just copied from here! a lot of times word for word! so i figured i might as well just go to the source :)

I had looked into joining them before I found this site. I am so glad I didn't waste my money. You get so much help here!! People are so friendly and willing to help you!! FOR FREE!! I think we all love helping each other out.

I also looked at their site, before I found HCW. This was back when they listed the Walgreens matchups FREE... then they made you pay for the trial or the membership, and it wasn't worth it to me. I also didn't like that you couldn't talk about things like that on the forum... wasn't worth it. I found another site, and began trading, but they didn't have enough information.. Then, I went to my Albies, and they were telling me about this guy that comes in, and buys like 10 trial size qtips, and gets a huge OYNO.. so I googled it, and found HCW... Haven't left since!! (nor gone back to that OTHER site...)
Come to find out, that that man, is also a member here, and lives 3 blocks away!!

You know I found out about it from a customer at work. I was wondering why everyone came in with this lists- they all looked the same. I was a paying member for awhile. Someone linked a video to Riff Parker on the message board- and I've been here since.

The same few people come in with there lists. It's odd, I used to be stunned at how much some of them saved. Now, it's a joke to me.

When the socks went free at Kroger.. It wasn't on their list! It was here at HCW.

My biggest issue was that many of their match-ups were wrong. They would tell me to use my A1 coupon when it was on sale 2/$5 even tho I knew that it commonly went on sale 2/$4. sure enough, the next week it would be 2/$4 but then they couldn't put it on the list because we already used our coupon. They said "blah blah blah the computer does it, we have a fancy program." Um, I think a computer would remember the rock-bottom price. I quit after I figured out that I could do MUCH better on my own.
