| | Re: CVS called me "why did you transfer your Rx?" I went to CVS with competitors (Bi-lo) coupons, had a new prescription. Well the cashier told me 3 times this is Bi-lo, you are at CVS. Explained I was fully aware of my location, but didn't they accept competitors she said no, but when I pick up my prescription it would probably print out (red flag)...told her gift cards don't print out. Sure enough the following day, everyone in the pharmacy acted like they had no clue when I questioned about a $25 gift card w/new prescription, or accepting competitors coupons. I got my prescription back and went to Bi-lo. I even called 5 CVS's to see if they offered a gift card. I was flat out turned down. So I went to Bilo. I had 4 coupons to have the same prescription filled, $25 each time for a grand total of $100.00. Hopefully I can transfer at that time. |

CS escalated my question to district, which called me to tell me it was ok to go back w/my coupon. A little late for that! The representative was very nice, she had already called the pharmarcy and to update them of the situation and they were all shocked at the information she gave them. Even the lady from district couldn't believe with all the training, they still didn't know about acceptin g competitors coupons. Well maybe it will help someone else. |

I only have walmart, kmart, cvs and walgreens around, but for the kind of GC's you slick chicks are a gettin, I'd be willing to travel to a bigger city ! |

The giftcards exclude Medicare covered meds. But if you have a script that is cheap, then it may be worth it to skip the Medicare and just get the gift card.
