Wish I had made a copy of this one so I could read it now.
If you have filled this previously with the coupon, might want to check with pharmacy to see if the coupon is still on your file and have them check to see if it goes through since the offer was good for 4 times.

I recently filled my son's Clarinex and forgot about the coupon when I dropped off the script. I told them I would bring it with me when I picked it up. They did not have supply, told me that they were ordering it and to my surprise told me that they found the coupon info in his file and that it went through. So I did not have to bring in the physical coupon.

Again...just an idea...doesn't hurt to check.

I checked the GlaxoSmithKline website Information to Save on Prescriptions at GSKForYou.com

This coupon no longer appears to be available from their website.
They are only showing coupons for the following medications:
ADVAIR DISKUS®(fluticasone propionate and salmeterol inhalation powder)
LAMICTAL® (lamotrigine)
LAMICTAL®XRTM (lamotrigine extended-release tablets)
Lovaza® (omega-3-acid ethyl esters)
TreximetTM (sumatriptan / naproxen sodium)
Veramyst® (fluticasone furoate)
VESIcare®* (solifenacin succinate)
Unfortunately Ventolin is not one of them.
