My DS is on Prevacid for now...hopefully he can get off VERY soon, however, this is a great offer...gives $25.00 off first and all refills...you get a card in the mail and it takes $5.00 off..my copay for it was $30.00 so now I just pay $5.00. I didn't see this anywhere and had to share!!

There's a rebate form out for Prevacid that gets you a $25 cash rebate on your 1st fill and also includes a card to get $25 off each refill. My dad took advantage of it and received his $25 check in less than 2 weeks after mailing. You must call in and register the card that is enclosed with the check in order for it to be activated for future use.

Where did you get the rebate form? I can't find it on there web site.

I think the rebate expired. Any new ones for Prevacid that you know of?

I still have a few rebate forms and I don't find an expiration date on them. They are listed in my "have list".
