I've only used Turbo Tax and numerous times because I like it so much.

Just my personal opinion, but I wouldn't use H&R Block in person or online. When I had someone else file my taxes, I used an independent business owner. I feel better supporting them, costs less and better customer service.

I bought tax cut one year because it was cheaper. That was a mistake, I got my money back and bought turbo tax. I think Turbo tax is much easier to use, I have been using it for 10 years.

We started out with turbo tax. Then one year when there was stimulus money given out..turbo tax had a flaw in it...so I purchased taxcut instead...and have stuck with them ever since.

It is beyond easy to use (either one). We also found we were getting more money back with taxcut then with turbotax.

We use HR Block. Even with myself as a business owner and my husband working outside the home, we're able to run through our taxes online in less than an hour. Super easy and on the rare occasion we've needed to contact someone, their customer service has been fantastic.

That's an important point - you should be able to get a professional help if you got stuck while preparing your taxes and after filling. And not just during the tax season but year-around, in case you get some letters from IRS.
