Online Mystery Shops? Is there such a thing??

Hey everyone,
I am on bedrest right now pregnant with our first babies, twins! I was looking for some work I can do from home. Are there online mystery shopping companies? I already do Pinecone Research, Inbox Dollars and sold a book on Amazon. I am really trying to get some supplemental income while out of work. Any ideas??

okay, this is just a crazy idea but you know those "phone a nurse" things? Do all of those people work at an office? I wonder if you could do that from home?? (since by your username you are a nurse)

Yeah I did look into that but in Ohio its not really offered. I tried to do a pediatric one because thats my specialty but they dont do the call center from home :(
