Negative Equity. Do you have it, how much?

I soo like my house soo much better since we have made some updates to it! once all the windows are complete i will love it even better. Slowly but surely we will be repainting the walls and new couches and stuff. Eventually i want to replace all the doors inside the house they are super outdated! and the bathroom counter its ugly! but we got plenty of time. We just purchased it in may of 09. so we just hit our 2 year mark in this house.

We bought our house from the builder 7 years ago for 120,000. Three years ago we had it appraised and it was worth 170,000. Our neighbors have the same exact floor plan and an unfinished basement (ours is partially completed) and they are having a hard time selling their house for 130,000!! I do not even want to know what it is worth. I am too scared and wishing we did not do that refi and taken equity out!
