I think its just delayed because you sent in your signature paper so late. Also, because you filed April 14, it will be delayed because it takes time to fully process it. I remember hearing something on our news that it takes about 2 weeks after your refund arrives to get your stimulus package. I'm not sure how that works with you paying taxes though.

If you owe, the IRS does not record your direct debit information and cuts a check. This is what I was told last Friday.

The IRS misapplied our payment and used the stimulus ck against our already paid due amount.

It will take a month + before we see our check mailed (we did the same thing as you).

I am FULLY aware of the fact that they will NOT use our direct debit information towards the stimulus.

We were asked specifically about the stimulus. We put in the direct deposit information.

We answered TWO questions. One about how to pay what we owe (direct debit) and one about how we'd like to receive the stimulus (direct deposit).

I just want to make sure that is clear. I was NOT assuming that they'd take the direct debit information and apply it to the stimulus. I know they don't do this.
