    DD3 Homeland Ad: 12/3-12/9/08

The ad was smaller this week. Anywho, here's some of the things I noticed:

Rice Krispies Cereal- 2/$5= $0.50 after $1/1 coupon
Koolaid Jammers & Crystal Light drink mix- 10/$10- This is unheard of on Crystal Light! Even if you don't go to Homeland, price comp this at Wal-mart!!!!
Nestle Hot Cocoa- 10/$10- free AC
    Ozarka spring water 2/$5
    Hershey's Christmas Candy 2/$5
    Go Pokes!

Here are a few I saw:

Keebler cookies 2.29 cpn 1.00(HCW printable) only .29
    Veg All .79 cpn .55(11/9RP) Free(maybe overage ?)
Lipton Tea 2/3.00 cpn .50(11/16RP) .50 tea not to bad
Steam and mash 2/6 cpn 1.00(HCW printable) makes 1.00 (remember only 1 will double per transaction)

Sorry I did not know how to link the printable and did not have time now to figure out. I will try to add later!

    A few more:

Nestle Juicy Juice - free AC ($1/1 IP)
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray - $.79 after $.50/1 IP
Halls Cough Drops - $.25 after $.50/1 from 11/9 SS (if your store doubles the DNDs)
Pillsbury Ready to Bake Cookies - $1 each after $1/2 (various inserts)

So-so deal on the Luvs diapers, $12.99 for a box after $1/1 from a home mailer I have. Also the Huggies Clean Team should be $1 each after $1/1 home mailer Q. Wish there were more Huggies bath and body Qs out there right now.

Just a heads up on the Crystal Light. I bought several packages of this tonight, and they rang up $2 and I had to go to Customer Service for a refund. I got my money back with no hassles, but just wanted you all to be aware to check your receipts before you leave the store.

It made me wonder if this "too-good-to-be-true" deal was possibly a misprint in the ad.

3 of my 4 stores had signs up saying that the crystal light 10/$10 was a misprint in the ad and that the price is 2/$4.
I convinced the manager at the 1st store to sell me 2 at the ad price, because they only had one tiny sign at a register. (I think he only did it to get me out of the store, so YMMV.)
I didn't buy any at the 2nd store.
At the 3rd store (off Robinson in Norman) they had signs up that said 2/$4, but when I went through self checkout they rang up $1.

1 of my 4 stores had the 10/$10 sign on the shelf, but they rang up $2. So I had to have the price corrected. (This was the store off Lindsey in Norman.)

    Good Luck!

If this is going to be the case at many of the stores, the easiest route may very well be to price-match them at Wal-Mart, as ostatecoupongal suggested in the OP.

Has anyone tried to price match the Crystal Light at Walmart?
