    Default HELP: grilling grate

I need a new grill grate for my Kingsford 22.5 in grill. Mine is no where to be found!! I can not find them anywhere, online or off. I bought a 22.5 Weber from Target yesterday and the booger is to small, by a hair. Anyone have any suggestion. :shrug7:

I'm about to say screw it and go buy a new grill!!!

    TIA

lowes has some mesh type grates you can get and cut to size. i think they will do it in the store.

they may also have some of these.

    Shop metal grate at Lowes.com

Have you tried calling the company and asking them? Ours was only a few years old and couldnt be found on the company website, but when I called they were able to help. Thats what we had to do, and now we have almost a whole new grill since we have replaced almost everything on it.

If they cant help you, we have stores around here that are like appliance stores, but sell grills and otehr outdoor appliances and they often times have those parts you need. Check out your yellow pages and see if you have any stores like that around you.

You could screw through the frame and the screws sticking out on the inside would hold the grate in place (only if that is workable with your grill)

I am lazy, I would keep the new grate and attach something to make it work.
