I found some on clearance last night at Home Depot for $.77 a square foot.
I am looking to replace my kitchen and dining room with ceramic tile (right now it's peel and stick). Where should I look to find some good deals?

I found some on clearance last night at Home Depot for $.77 a square foot.
We have used the Lowes and Home Depot $.77/sq ft ceramic tile in 5 houses. The colors vary with each lot so be sure to measure and get all you will need at the same time and when you lay the tile always work from several boxes at the same time. I have seen Lowes have specials as low as $.58/sf. We have also used the 18in tile, it looks very nice but it was more difficult to use in the bathroom due to cuts/angles, would likely work well in a kitchen. You can always buy the tile when its goes to $.58/sf and store it until you have the money to buy the backer, thinset, grout, tools, etc. If you use light grout, be sure to seal it.

Just wanted to share our bathroom, we used stone tile. I think it's slate, but not positive. Unfortunately i don't have a good deal to post, as my parents gave us what was left over from their basement. Bathroom REnovation $101.00 Good luck in your search.
