I emailed them and said what a great cereal Kashi has been for helping my DH lose weight. I received a wonderful email back, and a week later received great coupons in the mail - 2 coupons for a FREE (up to $5 value) Kashi product, and 2 more coupons for .50 off any Kashi product! Yay!!!

I also received a FREE sample of their Vive cereal to try through signing up on Vocalpoint (P&G) and wrapped with it was an entire book of Q's for MORE Vive cereal. The first one was a BOGO (up to $4.25 value) WOOHOO! along with 5 additional Q's for $2 off for a friend -- yeah right! I'm just waiting for a sale! Okay, I know I am dreaming big now, a sale on Kashi, it can happen, right! Maybe CVS will have some and I can combine my new Q's with extended expiration dates with ecb's and I will get MORE for free!

Oh, and now I am signing up for free samples all over the place! I received some from Kellogg also (also through Vocalpoint) -- they are very generous and give a ton of Q's.
