Tips: Contacting Companies to Complain or Cheer!

You know what gets me mad? It's getting the Sundays paper without the coupons section. I went back and forth about three times looking for the coupons in hope that I missed them but no luck. Oh well maybe next week I'll have better luck. Thanks for responding . Still waiting for more coupons. I can't hardly wait for Monday.:rolleyes:

Just thought I would warn you that there aren't going to be coupons for the next two weeks due to the holidays. I don't want you to get your hopes up for nothing...

Great day for me when Monday came around. I received coupons from Dial, Honeysuckle , conagra ,Unilever,Hartz ,Del Monte, Barber, Airwick, and Fantastik. I was surprise at how many coupons they send me. Dial,Unilever and fantastik send me books with many coupons of different products. Still waiting for the rest. I would like to know more about how to use coupons. Maybe some of you have some secrets on how to make your bill at the supermarket go down. Still learning.

I recently wrote to Alberto Culver about the my dissatisfaction over there Baker's Joy product. The one I had quit working / spraying I should say when it was still about half full. They sent me coupons for 2 free Baker Joy's product and sent me a label to send back the bad one so that they can research the quality on it. I thought this was good.

I know where your coming from. After a few times of buying a newspaper and getting home only to find there were no coupons(no holidays) I learned to ALWAYS look through the paper before buying. Heck Im not paying $1.75 and not getting any coupons. I think its so wrong for people to take coupons out of the newspapers. Cheats other people who do use them.

Starbucks sent me 2 free beverage (any) coupons for complaining about their recent cheer party when I spent half the day finding one that was having it, after getting wrong info from several shops.

Starkist sent me a free and a .75/1 for complimenting their new lemon dill tuna. Just in time for the BOGO deal @ CVS this week!

Just thought that I should list these companies.
www.wd40.com this company has many products . So let's see whats going to happen. First time for this company for me.

I know that Johnson & Johnson is on the list but I recieved a free sample from one of the site for Pepcid complete 1-800-755-4008 . The number is for coupons. I also asked if they had any other coupons and was told they they would send me some.

I emailed Publix and told them about a rude cashier and gave them some constructive criticisms for their company. In the same email, I complimented them on the fantastic pharmacy in this particular store. They sent me two separate followups LOL one was for the bad customer service and the other was from another division regarding the pharmacy. The complaint followup was just a letter from corporate and another from the store mgr and the compliment followup included a coupon for a free any Publix ice cream.

Just to update some information that was posted. WWd40 send me a coupon for $1.25 for carpet fresh. I did better with the free sample from Pepcid Complete from Johnson & Johnson. They send me another free sample, two $1 coupons for tylenol and up to $5 for Mylanta products. I went back on to wwd40's website and noticed that it was updated.
