Seriously. I really thought I was emailing 911, you know. I'm really pleased they were there to tell me that I had NOT, in fact, properly called for help.

I contacted SC Johnson complamenting their new Skintimate shave cream (which I got for free from Wags) and here's what their email said:

I emailed Arizona Tea, and complimented them on their great tea. I told them both my husband and I loved their product. They emailed me a thank you. I thought it was over. About 3 days later, I received a box. It contained 2 REALLY nice caps and a bunch of $1 off a gallon coupons.

I contacted the parent company of Clear Eyes (I think it's MedTech?)--they sent me a Q for any Comet product and a Q for a free Clear Eyes. Only problem?? The Clear Eyes Q expired June of 2008. I just got the Q like a week ago! I sent them an email explaining what happened & they're sending me another one.

**Anyone out there who can use an expired Q that old?
