Tips: Contacting Companies to Complain or Cheer!

Well.... Sc Johnson still mails out coupons. I sent them an email complimenting their Ziploc bags and they took a week to reply me which I thought was kinda odd because they are usually pretty timely with their response. Anyways, I got 2 FREE product coupons the next day. So I guess you just gotta wait a little.

I did receive coupons from Dannon for compliment their 4 oz. yogurt cups. 1 FREE product coupon and 2 $0.50/1 coupons. But then again, that was back in Feb/March.

I just thought it was funny that SCJ's email said to call 911 in an emergency.

Seriously. I really thought I was emailing 911, you know. I'm really pleased they were there to tell me that I had NOT, in fact, properly called for help.

Just seems silly to me. No big deal, though.

I contacted SC Johnson complamenting their new Skintimate shave cream (which I got for free from Wags) and here's what their email said:

To thank you for getting in touch with us, we're sending you a complimentary coupon for a Skintimate® product of your choice. We hope you like whatever you choose!

And since you love SC Johnson, I have also sent a full packet of coupons for some of our other products.

wow! you got lots of freebies! i've gotten a few coupons and 2 samples from a variety of places, but no freebies.

I did want to share a few companies I wrote to that wrote back they do not send out coupons or a simply replied w/ thanks. (i'm really dissapointed).

Only time I ever get coupons is if have a problem with their product

I filled out 120 or so online contact forms last week. To date i received 35 letters w/ coupons. I saved all the emails from the companies that said they would send me something. Most said i could contact them once every 3-4 months

I received the following yesterday and today,
