I didn't go through all of the pages, but I wrote to Sweet Baby Ray's and told them how much my husband loved their sauce. They sent me coupons for a free bottle, and two $1 off other bottles

I received 9 coupons from SC Johnson yesterday. I contacted them on there website 04/02. Nice turnaround time.

I just sent out my first round of compliments to companies I like, only one, Ocean Spray, said they do not send coupons. But I am getting coupons from Banquet, Malt-O-Meal, Del Monte, and Johnsonville, got a thank you letter from Stouffers, and no response yet from Tyson. I will definately be letting other companies know I appreciate them! (I would complain if necessary, but it isn't so I don't...lol). Great Idea!

I complained to Scotch about the Nail Saver scrubbers (mine came apart VERY quickly) and today I received 2 replacements and they also included a set of 2 3M Command designer small hooks.

Wow! I just e-mailed Mission Foods about not being able to print a coupon from their website, and was told it would take 2-3 business days to hear back. Very normal. Well, within 1/2 an hour I received an e-mail saying that the promo had ended and that the information must have been left up by mistake. They apologized for the inconvenience and are sending a q for a free product, and that I should receive it in 2-3 days! Now that's what I call customer service!

I also e-mailed Darigold at 9:18 pst, saying how much we love their yogurt and asked for coupons. I received an e-mail back in 3 minutes with this message: "We will send yogurt coupons to you, Vickie. Thanks for your feedback."Very informal, huh? LOL I can't believed I received two fast responses, normally it takes at least a day!
