I sent out a few emails (my first ever time contacting companies!) and here are the replies so far:

Hunts - complimented family pack Snack Pack pudding. Replied with thanks and that I can find coupons in newspapers.

Sara Lee - thanked me for compliments. Didn't say anything about my request for coupons or mention sending anything. :shrug7:

Reynolds - complained two weeks ago about my entire box of gallon sized Handi-Vac bags not working properly. No response yet. :sad:

Duncan Hines - snail mailed thanks and a coupon for $0.35 off any product for complimenting their cake mix. Duncan Hines is actually the only company that I did not request coupons from (because I forgot to add it in before hitting submit) and they're the only ones to send one so far!

Red Vines - complimented, no response yet

Country Crock - complimented, no response yet

This weekend I'll work on the next batch of companies to write to!

I contacted scjohnson about the Glade products we all love to buy. I told them how much I enjoyed their candles and other Glade items. I did mention how much I appreciated that they have printable coupons on their site and to please add me to their mailing list. They sent me back a pretty prompt response thanking me for complimenting them and told me to continue to look at their sites for current coupons and promotions. To thank me they said they are sending me a coupon for a free Glade air freshinging item of my choice! I wonder if that will include the new impressions product they have out. We shall see! I'll let you know when I get it. It's nice to see a company that appreciates our business!

I wrote to Mrs Fields after we found a hard cookie in the box of cookies we bought. They sent 2 coupons for a free Mrs Field product.

Well, here's the update to my last post about contacting SC Johnson. They did send me a coupon for a free air freshening product ( a Glade can or value Pack) for up to about 2.00 or so. Not good on the air impressions but I'm not complaing! They also sent a coupon booklet with all different coupons for their products. On the cover of the booklet it says "Thanks for feedback" so if you do contact them they will send this to you. This is one of the best companies I have contacted! Pleasant and prompt and sent great things!
