Contacting Companies to Complain or Cheer!

Ive received more coupon in the mail and also some goodies..LOL

Con Agra (3) .50 off healthy choice micro meal, (1) .50 off banquet micro meal
AC Larocco Pizza (4) .50 off pizza

COMPLAINTS:
Hormel - I complained about a pack of center cut bacon I purchased - they sent a $5 off 1 pack of bacon coupon

GOODIES:
Turkey Hill sent me a 2009 calender yesterday. The last page of the calender has a ton of coupons

I have LOVED this thread and I think it's a great idea to compliment those people who make the products that we like. In one week, I already received quite a few things:

Blue Bunny - complimented
RECEIVED: (3) 55¢ coupons on any product

Carl Buddig - Complimented
RECEIVED: (2) 1 package free coupons

Ziploc - Complimented
RECEIVED: Free product of choice coupon and a coupon booklet for various products

Malt o Meal cereal - Complimented
RECEIVED: (2) $1.00 coupons on any product

I took the approach of letting them know what I specifically like about their product and let them know that I would not mind if they added my information to their mailing list.

I have decided that I would like to try and contact all of the products that I buy from now on and let the companies know - I know I'm quick to complain... but now I want to be quick to compliment!

I complimented several of the SC Johnson products...like Oust (great for dog rooms), Ziplocs (only brand I buy), Skintimate and Edge. Each brand sent me a coupon for one free product. I was shocked. I expected a cents off coupon or something...that's all I've ever gotten for compliments. Each of these Brands sent me a Freebie. Whoo hoo. I'm even more loyal now.
