Tips: Contacting Companies to Complain or Cheer!

I emailed Colgate because I have tried both IE and Firefox and can NEVER get their coupons to print for me. They sent me an envelope full of coupons for a bunch of different products, mostly $0.50-$1.00 off one. :o)

Does anyone have the contact information (Email and name) of someone high up enough at Victoria's Secret management - to actually get somewhere? I hate contacting companies generic emails on their websites- when you get a generic email response that gives you zero assistance. But it's impossible to find names and emails of those who are higher up than the basic customer service reps but if you can, you certainly get alot further. Any assistance would be great...

Sooooo I return from out of town and have a mailbox FULL of coupons


I posted a few of the coupons received earlier, however here's the updated list. Great thing is....im still waiting on more!!

Amys : (2) $1 off any frozen meal, $.75 off 1 item, (2) .55 of any grocery item

Turkey Hill: (2) .35 off any item, (1) .50 off any item, and (4) $1 off any item

Bayer: Coupoon booklet (11) $1 off coupons off of misc Bayer products

ACH Food Co: (3) .50 off coupons and (1) $1 off

Hostess/Wonder : 1 free item up to $2.50

Dannon: 1 free yogurt / (2) .55 of a yogurt

Apple & Eve: (2) $1 off 2 products (2) .50 product

Hefty: 1 free hefty item up to $6

Lean Cousine: 1 free item / .50 on 3 items

Oust : 1 free item up to 3.75

Carl Budding : (2) free item

Hungry Man : (2) .50 off an item

Complained to Green Giant about there new steamers.Had a couple of packages come unsealed at the seams in the freezer.They sent me 5 coupons for Green Giant frozen items up to 5.30 on each coupon.

I wish my experience was as good as the last post said they had gotten 5 free coupons. I emailed Bertolli (which is owned by Unilever) about their oven baked meals, specifically the chicken parm and penne meal. I told them I had bought several of these meals and they continued to have smaller and smaller pieces of chicken. You get two small pieces with the penne and sauce. I told them that I thought I couldn't get much less until my most recent purchase. I had poured the meal out when one of the pieces of chicken was only half a piece! Strange! Anyway, they eventually emailed me back with what seemed like a basic response, and said they would be sending me coupons. Well, I finally got the envelope today with the same generic letter as the email with only one coupon! It was for one free meal but I thought they would maybe throw in a few that were cents or 1.00/1 coupons considering some people pay over 10.00 for one! I had told them I was a bit disappointed with several meals portions so I would think they would want me to keep buying it! Who knows! Thought I would share my experience with you all!

I too also complained to betrolli about the chicken parm meals and the size of the chicken. All they sent me was a free meal coupon.

When you email companies do you just fill out the form with your address or do you actual type it in the comments box too?

I always type in the comment box as well as the others. It doesnt hurt to leave a comment about their products whether you liked it or not. I've gotten several coupons in the mail from simply leaving a compliment about a products of theirs that i've used. They love those. Also if you've ever had a problem with a product they will try to help you with that matter as well. HTH

Turkey Hill sent me a 2009 calender yesterday. The last page of the calender has a ton of coupons
