Tips: Contacting Companies to Complain or Cheer!

I contacted and complimented www.MrsFreshleys.com about theyre honey buns and snacks and they send me 1 free product Q

I also contacted hefty and complimented theyre zoopals and offered an idea of another animal to add to theyre kids plates and recieved 1 free Q for any Heftyor Kordite product.

complimented Heinz about there gravies and they sent 4 Q's for .55/1

complimented Texas toast croutons and they sent me 8 .55/1 Q's!!!

I tend to call the phone # on back of the package of products. A little more personal & sometimes (esp. when you have a compliment) your call can brighten someone's day to the point they will send you extra. Even a nicely-worded complaint can give you a suprise. This happened when I contacted some companies about freebies/Qs that never came. 1 of them (Ensure I think) ended up sending me 3 Free Qs, 10 high value ($3 or $4), & samples of some of their other products with Qs to boot!! My husband has an expensive (in my book) Braun electric shaver with the self cleaning thingey (technical term). Anyway, he always puts it on the floor when he's cleaning off the countertop and then doesn't put it back, so inevitably I knock it over or our son does. So I wrote to Braun and said I thought that their product should not be so easy to spill since it was so terribly expensive (those cleaning solution refills are like $20) and they sent me coupons AND a free cleaning solution.

Condoms No Dear Sir or Madam:
I currently use Trojan Magnum XL condoms, and while they are the proper size, they don't offer me the sensation that Durex condoms do. Does Durex have an extra large condom available, comparable to the Trojan Magnum XL? Please send me a few samples if such a condom exists. I got a $3 off Lysol products coupon when I told them I was sad they discontinued the Lysol Readybrush toilet Brush.

I got 3 $.55 off coupons for Fresh Express salad when I contacted Chicquita about there bannana's going bad faster in recent years.

I complimented Glade for their oil warmers and that I use them all over my house to make it smell good, and I got a coupon for a free Oil Warmer refill.

I complained that I didn't like Pamolive Eco dishwasher soap as well as Cascade and they sent me a $5.00 check, 30 coupons for different Colgate Pamolive products, and a coupon for a free tube of Arm and Hammer Toothpaste.

I got two free coupons for Wolfgang Puck Soups by telling them I enjoyed the ones I tried, and I would like to try more.

I've been shocked of the coupons I get just for letting companies know how you feel about thier product.
