Tips: Contacting Companies to Complain or Cheer!

i contacted Crayons Sports Drink comlimenting their Rasberry Lemonade flavor www.drinkcrayons.com. They sent me 1 free product coupon and 3 b1g1 coupons.

Don't feel bad. I wrote Duncan Hines and told them I liked their products and only got a .35 coupon. 1 and that was it!

I contacted Reynolds yesterday because I purchased a box of gallon size bags for the Handi-Vac and 2 of the 9 bags in the box were not completely sealed on the sides, making them useless. Within the hour, I had an e-mail from CS saying they would be sending a coupon for a replacement and apologizing for my trouble.

I was impressed with the speedy reply!

I complained to Dannon Yogurt about a recipie change and tast difference in their pineapple yougurt. They replied right away that they are sending me 2 free Dannon fruit on the botton yougurt coupons.

I also comlimented Amy's, Wolfgang puck, Bolthouse dressings, Newman Own, and Glade and have gotten good coupons.

COmplained to Kellogg's about no frosting on 90% of a box of Mini Wheats. They sent 1 Free Kellogg's product up to $5. Gotta admit I was hoping for more coupons than just 1...even if they were cents off. Oh well, better than nothing and makes up for that sad box of Mini Wheats we threw out. ;o)
