Tips: Contacting Companies to Complain or Cheer!

Received a 5" stack of envelopes from different companies about 3 days after I contacted a bunch of them-it was like Christmas! Lots of frees, even 2 from Aleve for free products, up to $14.99! All from compliments and telling them how much we love specific products, although one free product and a new spray nozzle thingy when I told them that there was a defect in my nozzle on my bottle.

Also received
1 free 1/2 gallon Pet milk
1 free Auctiva yogurt, and some .50/1 Dannon coupons
3 .55/1 Fresh Express
2 $1/1 Litehouse product
4 .55/1 Sister Schubert's Yeast Rolls
2 $1/1 Indian River and 1 free coupon
a bunch of $1 off coupons for Bayer products, including 2 free Aleve products
2 $3 off on any Rolaids product
$1, $3, $5 off Sally Hansen/La Cross/NYC/Mis Kiss products-woohoo!
4 .50/1 any Kimberly Clark product
2 $2/1 Jane Cosmetics product
2 free Sweet Baby Rays, and $1/1

lots more, tooooo many to name! got promises from other companies and they are coming in the mail daily. I have only screwed up 2 times when emailing about specific products. I told Blue Diamond Almonds that I liked their 'mixed nuts' but they replied they don't have mixed nuts, oops! And I told Ronzoni pasta that I liked their Mueller's pasta, double oops! Other than that....lol


Only had one snotty email from a company, which I must have deleted or something because not I cannot find it! They were like "If we sent coupons out to everyone who requested them...." Wish I could find the stupid email to tell you the rest, ugh!

I emailed J&J and complimented them on their buddy bars. They sent me (3) $1 coupons off a variety of J&J products.

Please make sure you contact the correct company. LOL I sent a compliment about Heinz Ketchup.....and this is what i got e-mailed back to me...LOL i'm sure I won't get coupons doing this...

Avirtuouswife, don't feel bad, I contacted that same compnay regarding Aunt Jemima's pancake mixes and syrups...and they informed me I had the wrong company...that they only handled the FROZEN Aunt Jemima products...so its easy to do...I really didn't like their condescending tone and told them so...lol. they apologized and said they could see how a mistake could be made....lol. So I contacted the "other" Aunt Jemima company and still waiting for a response from them.

I sent an email to Kraft about theyre capri sun's, half the box didnt have straws and they sent me 3 Q's for 3 free boxes of capri suns any variety up to $3.99

I emailed Aunt Jemima about theyre new breakfests they have out and they sent me free coupon for up to $3 on any 1 breakfest item

I got 2 $1 Q's from Kimberly-Clark for complimenting Johnsons buddies
I complimented Auqafresh on theyre toothpaste and they sent a Q for 1 free whitening trays up to $47.00 i was wanting toothpaste dont know why they sent this lol

I emailed SCjohnson about theyre scrubbing bubbles shower cleaner , mine just kept falling off the wall and broke into pieces
sent me a refund check for amount of kit

I emailed Listerine about theyre whitening strips and told them how they did not stick to teeth only fingers and dissolved into a gum like texture on your fingers they sent me a rebate check for $23.99
