Oh I'm soo glad I found this website.. you guys have taught me soo much; I send out some e-mails ( I hate calling on the phone unless I know for sure it is automated, so I have been trying my luck with e-mails)yesterday to some companies and I just got one back from SC Johnson; Read below... my e-mail and their answer ( Answer on top)... just thought I'd share.....

I'm a newbie and a few weeks ago I started sending out a few emails a day to companies. FYI - Sunny D sent me a Free coupon upto $4 for sunny d. I told them I loved their product, but wanted to know if they were ever going to get boxes or pouches, because I find those tend to cost less A compliment and complaint neatly wrapped in one email
