Tips: Contacting Companies to Complain or Cheer!

I complained to Dole about a bag of Cole Slaw that was spoiled and they sent me 2 frees for ANY Dole bagged salad and (2) .75/1 cpns.

Thank you so much for the list of companies and their email addresses. I am new to this website and have been reading till I am crosseyed. I emailed splenda, skinnycow, and a few others. have gotten cents off coupons in the mail from all of them. I gave them all compliments, although i would not hesitate to complain if i had to. this has been a good way for a newbie to start to build a supply of coupons. i had been having trouble finding them other than the sunday newspaper in houston. does anybody have any suggestions? Not quite sure but this is an informational site not actually a place to obtain coupons right? I noticed a tread that talked about trading. is that to trade coupons? Let me know if anyone has some more ideas out there.

We are going to be moving. If I contact companies, anyone know if the q's will (evantually) get forwarded to our new house? I don't want to add that address as we haven't changed the post address yet, but I still want my q's! lol
