Tips: Contacting Companies to Complain or Cheer!

Any experience with ConAgra? I know that they are a big company and usually have coupons in the inserts, but I want a coupon for Libby's canned pumpkin which is not something they put in the weekly inserts (and haven't had in any form for a year now).

Does ConAgra ever send coupons when you request them?

I emailed Swiss Valley a few days ago to ask about coupons. I received an email back stating their next insert was going to be in the Nov. 4, 2007 paper, but that they would send me some one time coupons via postal mail. I supplied my address yesterday and got an email today saying they had gone out!

Don't know what the Qs will be worth yet, but excellent CS from Swiss Valley!!

Thanks for this wonderful thread. I started posting to tons of companies last night while husband was out for the night and kids were to bed. I can't wait for my coupons to come, already have two companies email back the next morning saying coupons are on the way to me. I love it!

as if i don't have enough mission tortillas already after the IP. i'd contacted them a couple weeks ago and received in the mail two free coupons up to 1.99. The freezer is full of tortillas and more to come lol
