Re: Contacting Companies to Complain or Cheer! I contacted Creamette about a year ago about some bad spaghetti noodles I purchased. They all broke into 1/2" to 1" pcs when they were cooked! They explained how that may have happened, asked for the UPC code and said they would look into it. I received 5 coupons for free any Creamette pasta. I didn't pay for pasta in almost a year! I wasn't even trying for coupons. I never thought of complimenting. There are TONS of products I loyally purchase. |
