Tips: Contacting Companies to Complain or Cheer!

I just contacted some companies today, looking forward to their responses.

Got an email from Johnson's Brats that said "check your local paper" then got two $1 off any JB product in the mail. Got one for a free Birdseye frozen veggie or fruit.

I just contacted Amy's Kitchen---and 5 minutes later I got a personalized email that said that they would send me a brochure and coupons. :banana1:

I contaced Duncan Hines yesterday, and they already emailed back saying that they would be sending coupons as well.

I contacted Hostess and complimented them on their snack cakes...
they sent a coupon for a free product.

I emailed Mission saying how much I liked all of their tortilla products (and I do)...they send 2 coupons for free products.

This also happened to me when I submitted a comment to Johnsonville Brats...

I called Pantene today and also visited their website. The lady signed me up for their newletter and told me she would be sending out some coupons. On their website I also signed up for their insider club and also put my mailing info in for a free sample. I love Pantene! www.pantene.com

i have emailed some of the ones that you all listed today and got an email reply so far from Olivio - within 30 minutes! they said they would mail me some coupons.
i had called SC johnson a couple of weeks ago about the scrubbing bubbles shower cleaner, and they sent a free refill coupon and a book of other Qs for me!
too cool!!!
i did email skippy last week and said how much my hubby LOVES peanut butter, they said they dont have any coupons, but thanks for the email. oh well!

Me too! I contacted about skintimate and got a free q and booklet.

I emailed SC Johnson last week after I purchased the Scrubbing Bubbles Shower cleaner kit and the coupons inside the box were expired. They said that they did not have the same coupons but they would send replacement coupons in the mail within one week.

My father recently went to a diabetes management class and came home with tips from the dieticians.

One of the topics of discussion was margarines and spreads. They only recommended people buy 2 brands of spread and Olivio was one of them.

So I think I'll send off an email to them!

So do you guys mention in your email that you would like coupons? And if you dont I assume you include your mailing address when you are done with the mail?
