Crud!!! I use their moisturizer chapstick too...daily. It doesn't matter weather it is in the middle of the summer, I've ALWAYS got some with me!!

Maybe we can get mrsjschultz to give us the secret to getting free chapstick!! :SmileWink:

I emailed Edwards about their frozen pie slices, and got a coupon for a free package of slices, and 2 coupons for $1 off either a package of slices or a whole pie.
I emailed Hefty complimenting them on Zoo-pals, and they sent a coupon for a free Hefty product.
I always just google the product, and use the Contact Us link on their website.

I purchased the Physicians Formulat CoverToxTen foundation with the try me free peelie. When I actually tried the product, the tube exploded from the bottom and got foundation everywhere. I called Physicians formula -- had a great csr. I returned the product, figuring that they would replace it. about a week later I got a box with 10 (!) full size products in a nice makeup bag. About two weeks after that, I got three more full size products! I still havent' received the tmf rebate, but 13 full size products was great. I did call them but it was about 3 month ago. What I told them was that they had a promo about the princess chapstick and I was never send nothing back. They responded by sending 3 chapstick and coupons. Every time you contact a company you never get the same response.

Emailed Storhman's about their soft & tasty bread (ya I love the stuff) They sent me a 5 .55 off / 1 coupons...

Emailed Hefty about the serve and store plates (the white ones fo rmicrowave that are now hard to find)... got a "any product free" from them

I did contact edge/skintimate praising them on their wonderful product. Got an email back the next day saying they appreciate their customers yada yada yada, so I was kinda disapointed. But a few days later got an envelope from them with a letter, a coupon for a free product, and a booklet of other coupons, none less than $1.00....woohoo!!
