nope, I just complained about the product and they sent me a check. I didn't even tell them what I paid for it. I was surprised how quickly they handled it.

I sent a suggestion to Crayola.com that they should offer an incentive to folks who complete their email surveys (I'm on their special offers mailing list) and they sent me a $4 off any Binney & Smith product coupon:

I complained to Domino because there was "something" in the last bag of sugar I bought (looked like a seed or piece of wood of some sort), and they sent me 2 free product (up to $3.99) coupons. They also sent a pp'd envelope so I could send in the "object."

When Albertson's had the 2pack slices of Edwards pie for $1 a week or so ago, I emailed them to say how much DH and I enjoyed their pie. Today, I got a letter (personal) and 2 $1 coupons on a whole pie or slices and 1 FREE package of slices. Wahoo!

Sabra Hummus replied by email a few months ago saying they'll send cpns, but never did. I just emailed them again. Lame!

I emailed Carando's meats to ask if they had coupons, and they sent me a whole sheet for their products (salami, pepperoni, etc) plus coupons for Farmland products.
