Yup...I agree with Nerice. I have been very specific in my comments and not asking for anything.

Kashi has been the BEST so far. I got FOUR coupons for FREE cereal. SO awesome. I was actually jumping up and down. And my comment to them was absolutely true and heartfelt (I specifically mentioned Strawberry Fields and how pleased I am that there is a non-sugary and healthy cereal that hubby loves). And the letter they sent along with it was really heart warming too. I think the worker bees really do love to get positive feedback. I'm sure they get lots of complaints.

Bush's beans sent me 4 coupons too. And I got an e-mail from Dove. I didn't contact a ton of places but I plan to e-mail a few more.
