When you do offers like this are they going to sell your info and you end up with tons of telemarketers calling and texting.
Is there a site you get this info from so we can read the small text.

467467 is a company called SHOPTEXT. Many promotions are ran thru ShopText. I've gotten razors, coupons for free products at my local grocer, food samples, etc.

I've never been charged for using this short text number.

I have moved this to home mailers cause, from what I'm reading, the coupons aren't for free batteries, but rather cents off coupons. If I'm incorrect, please report the OP & I'll move back to freebies.

I've never received telemarketing calls on my cell phone before and I've had this number for a year...got the first telemarketing call yesterday, I can only assume it's because I made the mistake of texting for stupid battery coupons. :-( .I've never given this number out to anyone but my family, so it has to be from this.
