I signed up several months ago, and still have not received anything.

I see my last post was made 8/18/2011, I was complaining then that I hadnt received anything and it had been months. I still have not received anything, but I signed up again anyway.

I guess some states don't receive them. You could always call Red Plum directly to see if your state is included

If you don't get Red Plum(not insert) advertising packet in the mail each week then you won't get this for sure.

I only get the Sunday paper, and I do not get the redplum during the week in my regular mail.

I haven't been getting these since the 1st of the year so I signed up again just in case there is an expiration date we don't know of.

I signed up with Red Plum last year and every week get flyers in the mail. Well for the last 4 weeks there have been SS inserts in there, sometimes 1 sometimes 2

Hope it continues forever. Never hurts to get extra coupons for FREE. So you might want to get on their mailing list while the getting is good.

I even searched "Valassis.com - Consumer Support" on Google and the link that Google gave me returned the same error message. Upon further searching, it appears that the NEW link is: Contact Us - RedPlum.com
