I accidentally forgot that I wrote one company in November and wrote them again last week. I told them about the same product that I liked again and told them about the same one I hated. They wrote back that they already sent a replacement coupon in November for the same exact problem. LOL oops....Now I decided I am writing it all down in my notebook to keep track so this doesn't happen again.  But usually they don't keep records that long but this time they did.
