I usually write companies and compliment. And ask to be put on mailing list. You never know what you're going to get, but you will get some awesome things!

I have gotten the we don't send out coupons routine email and then have gotten them in the mail anyways (Bush Beans for one).
Keep it up and you will see some great results.

Thanks so much for all the information on contacting the companies. I had thought about it each and every time i have gone to their actual sites to see if I can get extra coupons above and beyond what I have from coupons.com and smartsource and so on. Now that I know that some of them are actually sending them, I am going to give it a shot. I live in Michigan and our economy here is of course in the bottom of the barrel, so any and all help is very appreciated.
