I only directly asked for coupons for the Benefuls. The elderly lady that gives me her coupons every week likes to buy her dog those but has a hard time affording them. I said in my email that she's been feeding her dog Mighty Dog because of the FREE insert coupon (true) and that I'd love to get some coupons to help her out.

All of the other coupons were sent in response to compliments on the company's products

Colgate also sent me out an envelope full of coupons. Same ones listed above. I just sent them an email telling them I was a long time Crest user, until I received their Maxfresh free in a Walgreens deal. Told them I absolutely loved it and unexpectedly they sent me out (not a coupon book), an envelope full of really good Coupons for toothbrushes, softsoap, irish spring, toothepaste, Murphys oil soap and others.

I go to each company to make the request. It's a little time consuming however it's easier working off a list you know you more likly to see results from.

Lucky Leaf sent me two $1.00 when I told them I loved their products.

I wrote an email to Goody hair products and told them how much my daughter loves their hair clips and such and they sent me a sample of the adult pony holders in a letter. . . . Due postage of $0.78 for envelope thickness.

I sent them an email thanking them for the sample, but told them that the samples require extra postage and just wanted to let them know.

I got a phone call asking me to pick out any product from their website and they would love to send it to me free of charge for their error.

Love love love homemailers long expiration dates and frees! Just got a whole bunch of stuff in the mail today purse is full of envelopes.

Kind of a bust today, both Bush's and B&G foods said they don't send q's. This is what I got from B&G:

"We are sorry to disappoint you with the news that we have established a
Company policy not to offer coupons or samples online or by mail unless
we are running a special promotion. It is simply too expensive and we
would be inundated with requests.

B&G Foods just like many other companies, simply cannot afford to mail
out coupons. Stationery, postage, printing, the actual monetary value
of redeemed coupons, as well as the cost of a contractual redemption
agency have all contributed to our policy.

We hope that you will watch for special coupon and promotional offers in
the Sunday supplement section of your local newspaper.

Also check our web site for any special promotions that are offered
throughout the year and to be added to specific email mailing lists.

It is our hope that you can appreciate our position in this matter"
