I sent them a compliment via their comment form today.
Will update this thread post when/if I receive coupons.
Thanks for the lead!

I received a reply via email that included the following:
"We no longer send coupons by postal service mail. If you wish to be added to our mailing list to receive our quarterly e-newsletter that will provide updates on products and e-coupons, please sign up through our website. You may do so by clicking on the link below and filling out the information.
http://www.farmlandfoods.com
Then please click on the "Receive our Latest" section of the home page and follow the instructions. The coupons are not on the website but will be sent out periodically by our marketing team via email. When printing the first coupon you receive, it is important to follow the instructions that will be given regarding downloading the printer program that enables the system to work with your printer.
To ensure you don’t miss emails from us, please be sure to add Farmland@Farmland.com to your address book. This will help make sure the email goes directly in the inbox and not a junk folder. Farmland will continue to place coupons occasionally in various Sunday newspaper inserts. Have a wonderful weekend, and again, thank you for your contact with Farmland Foods - Good Food from the Heartland."
I was wholly unsuccessful at printing out any coupons from them. I kept getting many errors that appear to originate at their servers. (I worked in IT/Network Admin for over 16 years, but even my magick bag of tricks was no help in resolving the printing issues.)
Interestingly since they claim to no longer mail coupons to customers via snail mail, I did receive a HUGE envelope with about 25-30 pages of information printed directly from their website. (Food handling guidelines, FAQs, cooking instructions, refrigerator/freezer storage guidelines, a few printed recipes from their site, etc.) At first I was excited because in addition to all the website prints, there was also a very nice 'recipe book' printed on quality cardstock, full color, really a top shelf graphic designed brochure/book...but, sadly it was just recipes.
HTH...
Namaste ~
