My DH found a deal this morning at our local Home Depot (not sure if its regional)! The have a 16 pk of Philips incandescent 60w light bulbs for $2.97! They weren't in the regular bulb section, but the seasonal sale area. Not sure if they are closeouts or what, but he stocked up! He said he didn't even make a dent in the amount they had available.
