many "building, home improvement, contractor, etc...will fold"
I feel really bad for the small independent contractors
I am 57 years old and have NEVER seen the economy this bad!

I have a feeling Home Depot isn't gonna be the only pulling up stakes... |

Less than 1/2 an hour or so (depending on how fast you drive) is the Keene NH store where there's NO sales tax at all, so people are probably traveling over there to not have to pay the 6% VT tax. Although with the high price of gasoline now, it's hard to tell if that's keeping them shopping in town.

I have never had such poor service in any store like I have there. Actually, my DH even refuses to shop at HD anymore, and always goes to Lowes. So economy or not, they had better clean up their customer service or they won't make it.
