Does Hobby Lobby honor competitors' ads?

Hobby Lobby does honor competitors' ads if a specific price is listed and they stock the exact same item. However, they do not honor competitors' "percent off" ads or coupons.

Do Hobby Lobby offer rainchecks on sale items?

Rainchecks are issued when a specific item is on sale. Hobby Lobby does not issue rainchecks when an entire group of merchandise is on sale, such as "Entire Stock of Unfinished Craft Wood." Please see personnel at your local Hobby Lobby for more information on receiving a raincheck.

When can we see the upcoming sale flyer online?

Due to the competitive nature of their business, Hobby Lobby does not release any type of sale information in advance. Their weekly ad is available on their web page for you to view and print at your convenience. It is updated every Saturday night after midnight.

Save your original sales receipt for fast returns!

• If for any reason you need to return merchandise purchased at Hobby Lobby, please return the product with the original sales receipt within 60 days of purchase.
• When you present the original sales receipt, we will gladly exchange the product or issue a refund based on the method of payment.
• There will be a 10-day waiting period to process all returns purchased by check. Merchandise returned prior to the 10-day waiting period will be issued a Hobby Lobby Exchange Card.
• Returns for $10.00 or more without an original sales receipt will receive a Hobby Lobby Exchange Card in lieu of cash or credit card refund.
• Exchanges made without an original sales receipt will be based on the lowest selling price within the last 30 days.
• Identification will be required on all transactions.
• Seasonal Merchandise (Easter, Christmas, etc.) presented for a refund not accompanied by the original sales receipt will be honored at the current selling price.
• Original Sales receipts.
  • A receipt that has been copied or altered does not serve as an original sales receipt.
  • A credit card receipt does not serve as an original sales receipt.
• We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain products and non-receipted items.

Why aren't there any stores on the west coast?

Hobby Lobby's operating area is within a 1000-mile radius of Oklahoma City, OK. The plans for 2008 are to open 20 to 30 additional stores within their operating area.

How can I buy a gift card?

Hobby Lobby Gift Cards are available at all Hobby Lobby stores in denominations from $10 to $200. You may also order your gift card by calling: 1-800-888-0321 Ext. 1275 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Central Time, Mon - Fri. or you can order online through their associate company, Crafts, Etc! . There will be a $1.00 shipping and handling fee charged per card. Order Hobby Lobby gift cards for birthdays, holidays, any days! They make a great gift for your crafting friends and family.

Do sale prices apply to online purchases?

Sales prices are applicable only at Hobby lobby retail stores. Sale prices do not apply to the Hobby Lobby online catalog.

I need a large quantity of a certain item, but you only have a few in stock. How can I get more of this item?

Their store personnel are able to special order large quantities of any item that is stocked in their warehouse. They are not, however, able to provide items that they do not carry. Please see store personnel for further information on placing a special order.

Can I purchase items for my business from Hobby Lobby?

Hobby Lobby does not offer quantity discounts through their retail stores. You are, however, welcome to use your tax certificate to purchase items without sales tax. Please see store personnel for information regarding tax exempt purchases.

Why doesn't Hobby Lobby use bar code scanners?

Hobby Lobby continues to look at and review the option of scanning at the registers but do not feel it is right for them at this time. Though they like the benefits scanning brings to the registers, the multi-million dollar cost causes concern about our ability to remain competitive on their prices.
