I work at Hobby Lobby and the coupon that runs every other week is 40% off of one item that is not on sale. (At Christmas time they run it every week). During the off weeks they run it for some other things. EX. 40% off all Wilton(no Limit), 25% off spray paint, sometimes even 25% off one item that is not on sale. You have to read it. Hope this helps. All Hobby Lobby's basically run the same way.
