Does anyone know what the lowest price might be on the HEB smoked turkeys before TG?

The price on the turkey in the deal that's in the ad now is $2.49/lb. I don't expect to get a smoked turkey for .39/lb but I'm not sure I've paid as high as $2.49/lb either.

Just wondering if anyone else remembers so I know whether to buy it now and get all the free junk too or wait a little longer.

lol yes you have to love the free junk!! I could be wrong, but considering it's pre-smoked I don't see it getting any lower. It's not too bad of a price now considering... but I can't remember the price last year.

I was just at HEB yesterday but didn't check the price of the smoked turkeys. (I just buy the plain old butterball frozen ones)
That does sound like a good deal. I know we got a smoked turkey one year but we got it from our local butcher (granzin's) and it was I'd say closer to $4 a lb. that was the one and only year we did that ;)
