Where are the printable coupons?

Where are the printable coupons for HEB? Including the Manufacturer's coupons?

Is HEB cheaper then other grocery shops? How does it compare with Walmart?

HEB has coupons listed on their website, but they are comparable to what you might find on Coupons.com. Here is a link to the section of their website where they list both the adds and have some coupons for printing.

HEB mainly keeps their in-store coupons in-store (instead of sending them out with an ad).

Unfortunately, I have found that HEB is atrocious for stacking. Most of their in-store coupons are manufacturers' coupons in disguise. The way that you can tell is by the letter in the bottom-left hand corner. If the letter is an "M," they treat it as a manufacturer's coupon. So that $.50/1 Dawn manufacturer's coupon you clipped from an insert won't combine with a $.50/1 in-store coupon with the label "M."

Other in-store coupons are labelled differently, and theorhetically you could stack those with manufacturer's coupons- but most often those are good on store brand items.

They do have good prices on some items and often a decent clearance section, so it is still worth it to shop at HEB from time to time if that's what's in your area. I'd shop there more, though, if their in-store coupons were store coupons only you could stack with manufacturer's coupons.
