HEB Surf Laundry detergent 2/7.00!!!

My HEB refused to take my one Surf coupon today. The cashier said the manager wouldn't let her. I didn't want to argue so I just had her take it off my order.

Did they say why? I know none of mine would scan, so the cashier or a head cashier had to manually enter them each time. If I was guessing, it was because you got a lazy cashier and an even lazier manager.

I never shop at HEB because the one here is awful. I maybe go in there every 6 momths. I needed the $1.00 juice so I thought I would get the Surf while I was there.

I never go to HEB either but I wanted that Surf! The girl pushed the Q through. I swiped my card to pay but a red box came up on the register and the girl called someone over and she said they were not accepting that Q anymore. What? She just did! So, I got my Surf.
Smoothiie, just price match at Wal-Mart so you don't have to go to HEB. Thats what I will be doing from now on.

The one I had was 12/13/09 so it was good when I went in.

We're redeeming the one from the Parade (Sandra Bullock on the cover) which does not expire until December 13.

I went twice and got enough laundry detergent to last for yeeeaaarrrs. My husband said get all you can and don't worry about which scent. Gotta love a spouse who understands stockpiling (with purpose)!

I spoke with Ricardo Velasquez (210-938-8673) with HEB and he told me that the $3 SURF coupon is blocked at the corporate level because of a tax issue (LOL) and that HEB Partners (Cashiers) are required to push these coupons through in accordance with their coupon policy which states, all clipped manufacturer coupons (except coupons for free items) will be accepted by HEB. While you are in line have the Floor Manager call Corporate Customer Relations Department at 1-800 432-3113 and ask for Wendy or Susanne. Either of these ladies will be more than glad to correct this issue and any other coupon issues at you local HEB.

I sent all my coupons to my mom because I doubted we were going to get the sale price in Houston, lol
Hope she got lots of Surf for her and my sister since I don't use powder.

And other posters are correct Nicole, there are two coupons. One expired the 5th or 6th, the other expires 13th

I'm a new couponer and wondering if HEB has many good sales.... Randalls and Kroger have fantastic deals but I don't see a whole lot happening at HEB...
