Hotcouponworld Bingo - Pick your cards! The game starts Oct.1

Hotcouponworld Bingo is the first of some of Hotcouponmama's Fun and Games we'll be playing in October.

Here's the rules:

Everybody can play between 1 and 3 bingo cards. You create your own card. You can only edit your cards up until Midnight in your timezone on 9/30. After October 1st, edited cards will be withdrawn from play.

Each day, I'll call a bingo number in the Bingo# thread I'll start on Oct.1st. Bingo cards go in this thread, bingo numbers only will be in the other thread.

You'll need to pay attention to your own cards, and you can certainly watch other people's cards to see their progress.

We'll play bingo looking for several ways to win....

Horizontal Line
Vertical Line
Diagonal Line
4 corners
Postage stamp (block of 4 in any corner)

When you have bingo, you need to yell BINGO in the Bingo Numbers thread. I will verify that you have a bingo on one of your cards, and that the card hadn't been edited after 9/30/07. You must yell BINGO on the day the number is called. NO MISSED BINGOS!!!! If you have bingo and you don't call it, you'll have to wait until your card has a new bingo on it with the last number called.

If there are two or more bingos, each winner will win a yet to be determined prize.

For those who don't play a lot of bingo, here's the bingo numbers to choose from. Remember, there is a free space in the middle of the card in the "N" row.

B: 1-15
I: 16-30
N: 31-45
G: 46-60
O: 61-75

I would like to see everyone's cards set up like this for ease of readability:

It's important to note that you can only use one of each number per card. Also, you can arrange the corresponding numbers to each letter in any order you see fit.

So instead of B 1,2,3,4,5 in that order, you can list them out on your card as B, 2,5,1,4,3.

But wherever you wind up putting them, after 9/30 is where they stay for the game.

Again, you can have up to three cards like the one above. Please do them all in one post so we can keep people's cards together.

If you have any questions, please post them. You can start posting your cards in this thread starting today, 9/27!

Like this? I've not played bingo in years. Sounds like fun! Is there a way to "mark" the numbers that hit? Maybe change their font color? Or do we just keep track on a hard copy? Sorry for so many questions!

A COUPLE OF TIPS:
I used notepad to pick my numbers and space them out before posting the forum, then i C&Ped them here, and futsed around with them a bit.

You could highlight the numbers with a different color when yours are picked - that way people can see who's close to winning! Great Idea!!! Jeep.gal, I love how you set yours up - nice and clean to read.

OH I agree, how bout we all do that, use black numbers changed to red or ? when we have a number.(what do you think?)..kudos jeepgal, i repped you
