Quick Question - about to go to Super doubles... Do I do it in the following order:
1)Scan products
2)Scan coupons (20 coupons)
3)Scan evic card

I want to make sure I do correct.

You'll need to scan your VIC card before coupons or they won't double.

This may be a stupid question, but what is the difference between doubles and super doubles...I am not getting the difference by looking at the thread for super Doubles, unless I am missing something.

doubles for the Charlotte area is:
HT will double any coupon you have that is valued up to 99 cents, any day of the week. I think all HT's double up to 99 cents.

super doubles is a special promotion that we get about once a month, lately. HT will double any coupon whose value is up to $1.98.
Ex: a $1.25 coupon would give you $2.50 off the item.
If the rumors and facts are accurate we will be having super doubles (SD) on June 22-28. SD lets us use the many $1/1 coupons we get.

HT normally doubles coupons up to .99, but during the SD events they double coupons up to $1.98.
So a $1.00 coupon doubles to $2.00, $1.50 doubles to $3.00 etc...
These events usually come every 5-6 weeks.

SD's is partially deceiving, as you rarely see any coupons between 1.51 and 1.99. So, they could double anything up to $1.50 and it would be almost the same thing.

When a printable coupon, like at coupons.com, has a typical manufacturer's coupon, such as the Seattle's Best coupon available right now, but it says, "redeem at Safeway":

Will HT accept this coupon?

Is the "Redeem at Safeway" language binding, or is that just a paid advert for Safeway?

There is a sale on S'sB this week, along with a ZVR. . . I would love to combine it with a manuf. coupon.
