Default Harris Teeter and Peelies

OK - this seems to be the trend in my HT (Rocky Mount, NC). Whenver I find items with peelies, they are almost always about to expire or expired. It is so annoying! Anyone else find this? I was so excited to see some peelies on Lipton Tea. Went to buy some and peeled off the peelie, and it was expired. Grrr!

That does stink - but, in my experience, if you take it up with the peelie still attached, the store will accept it since it was on the product in their store (it's not like you brought in an expired coupon, kwim?). I have done this at HT and Lowe's Foods with no problem.

Thank for that info.I have found alot of expired peelies on products.Hope this works at my HT. Sometimes they are nice to coupon users other times not so nice.
HT is located in the Upper Class Rich Neighborhood so they don't get alot of coupon unless it's triples. The prices are higher due to the location.Only 1 HT in Asheville,NC.No Lowe's foods here.
I always shop at the HT in Winston-Salem.When I take my son to the hospital there once a year.Never had a problem using coupons there.
