Dr. Pepper is not owned by Coke or Pepsi, but rather have agreements for it being bottled by either company. That's why some (not all stores even in one area) consider it a "coke" product where sales are concerned and some do not.

It's always an ask if it's included thing for me - never assume Dr. Pepper is included in the sale on coke/pepsi........

    Is that YMMV?

I had free powerade coupons and my store would not let me use them on a B1G1 free sale. They wanted 4 coupons to buy 2 and get 2 free.
They said I could not use the free coupons on the items that were being bought. Is it diffrent on Cokes because the discount is not 100% off?

They let me use 2 today so got some great deals.

With the b1g1 each item rings at half price (just a fancy way of saying half off) so that may be why it did not work to get free poweraids?

Whereas the b2g3- the 1st two ring up as regular price and 3 ring up as free.

Check the Oscar Mayer Bacon sale for an even better deal! A day or so ago I noticed the oscar mayer bacon (maple) had $3 store coupons on them but at 6.49 - 3, not a stock up price. Then I saw the ad last night and that it was on sale for 3.99 so I called and had the meat guy pull "some" for me and yep it picked them up today for 99 cents a piece!!! Check your store!!! BTW No need to check the Morrocroft Teeter in Charlotte

They shouldn't be allowed to do that anymore. Their policy used to say that they only accepted one coupon for buy one, get one free items, but they later changed it to say they will accept one coupon for each item purchased.

Their coupon policy has never specifically addressed buy 2, get 3 free sales, so I would imagine those would always be YMMV. I don't see any reason why you would not be able to use 2 coupons because you are paying full price for 2 items. On a couple of occasions I've been able to use more than 2 coupons, depending on the store.

Several weeks ago they had a B2G3 2 Liter Coke sale. I had the .99 Coke Zero 2 Liter coupons from facebook and used them for the "buy two" part. Since they doubled to full price I got 5 for free with no problems.
